A guide with ready-to-use scripts and a proven formula to sell websites through messaging

The formula my students use to land $1,000–$3,000 website projects early in their journey
There are many ways to find clients — blogging, referrals, freelance platforms, networking, paid ads.
But if you want a stable flow of new projects — without relying on luck or outside factors — there’s one method that consistently works for established specialists within just a few weeks.
My students have secured $1,000–$3,000 projects by following this simple, step-by-step system.

It’s all about personalized outreach to warm and cold contacts.
❌ Not spam.
❌ Not copy-paste scripts.

✅ But a human-centered system that builds trust, positions you as an expert, and closes website clients — even if they weren’t actively looking for one.
🧩 What you’ll get from this guide:
  • A step-by-step client acquisition strategy — even if you don’t have a steady flow of inquiries yet
  • Ready-to-use messaging templates
  • Real examples of messages that actually close deals
  • A list of the best entry points — where to find clients with budgets for websites
  • A proven system to turn conversations → into calls → into $1,000–$3,000+ sales
🔍 Step 1: Understand Who Your Client Is
You don’t need to try selling to everyone.
Choose 1–2 niches that you personally understand. For example:
  • Beauty salons
  • Online education businesses
  • "Visual" niches — photographers, stylists, nutritionists
  • Businesses on Instagram that only have social media, no website
  • Small local businesses that need more leads — dentists, clinics, service providers

💡 Think about it: who would you personally buy from? Which pages catch your attention? Who makes a great impression but loses clients because of poor branding or packaging?
📌 Step 2: Check If They Have a Website (and What’s Wrong With It)
Go to their Instagram profile and check:
1. Is there a website link?
2. If yes, open it and look at it through the eyes of a client:
- Is it easy to navigate?
- Is it clear what they are selling?
- Does the visual design look appealing?
- Is there a section with case studies or testimonials?
- Do you feel motivated to submit an inquiry?

👉 If the website is outdated, cluttered, or confusing — this is your opportunity!
✍️ Step 3: Write a Personalized Message
The golden rule: don’t hard-sell or send a generic message like:
"Hi! I build websites. Let me know if you need one."

💬 Example of a personalized message:
Hi! I came across your profile — your presentation is really impressive, it’s clear you put a lot of heart into it.

I noticed that your website or a dedicated landing page isn’t set up yet. Since your visual branding is so strong, a well-designed site could help you convert without even needing to chat with every client.

I’m currently looking for new website/landing page projects — I could offer you a free audit and a structure idea.
It would be valuable even if you decide not to move forward with a full site.

What do you think?
💡 This message doesn’t pressure them, it provides value and initiative — which builds trust.
💌 If They Reply → Move into a Conversation
Your goal is to open a dialogue. Ask 1–2 questions:
  • "Have you ever thought about having a website?"
  • "What are your current priorities for your business?"
  • "I could sketch out a website structure for you — would you like that?"
  • "Would you be open to a quick 10-minute call?"

👉 Direct but light questions. No pressure - just genuine interest and desire to help.
📞 Step 5: After the Call — Make an Offer
If the person is engaged — don’t slow down!
Offer to:
  • Build the website at a special rate
  • Take on the project for your portfolio
  • Provide a free website audit
  • Test a landing page version within 3–4 days
✅ Ready-to-Use Outreach Template
Hi! I came across your profile — really impressive work. I noticed you don't have a website yet (or it’s not fully optimized).

Would you like me to show you how we could structure a site that sells your services 24/7 — without requiring constant follow-up?

I specialize in creating high-converting websites and landing pages.
If you're interested, I can offer a free audit and suggest a structure that could boost your client flow.
No pressure — just value. Would you like me to send some ideas?
💬 Final Thoughts:
  • Even without a perfect portfolio, you can build a consistent client pipeline
  • Businesses don’t need websites "just for looks" — they need solutions to real problems — and you can deliver that
  • Understanding client needs + clear communication = sales without pressure
  • One new project → a strong case study → higher rates → $1,000–$3,000+ projects
